The month of Av recalls both destruction and rising from the ashes.
Sometimes, endings lead to something new and beautiful.
We will explore these in our own lives and - possibly - create art using broken pieces to make something whole.

SUPPLIES FOR SUCCESS

UJA-Federation of New York is working to ensure that children throughout New York are preparing for school with the tools they need to succeed. Last year, we provided  backpacks filled with school supplies to more than 6,000 disadvantaged children through our partners and other nonprofits.

With your support, together we can help even more. Every $25 donation can fill a backpack for one child. Funds will go directly to Supplies for Success, a UJA partner, to ensure the backpacks are delivered to the most vulnerable children. A gift of $360 can provide backpacks for an entire class. A gift of $1,800 can sponsor an entire grade!

Every child deserves a shot at success. Help level the playing field.
