We'll be bringing the cupcakes we made at the Hanukkah Fair.
And now for a little Hanukkah music!
A few words of inspiration from our Rabbi (from the monthly newsletter)
"The real Hanukkah miracle is that the people lit in the first place. They knew there wasn’t enough. They knew it wouldn’t last. But they moved forward anyway. And out of scarcity, came abundance. This is one of the most important lessons of Hanukkah. When things look difficult, when we are exhausted, maybe even despairing, when it seems clear that we don’t have enough energy, resources, optimism, the hope of our ancestors inspires. It encourages us to move forward.

So, at the darkest time of the year, we light candles.

And we don’t just light them for ourselves; we light them for each other. The mitzvah of Hanukkah is pirsumei nisa, to publicize the miracle..."

- Rabbi Lina Zerbarini
Come light candles with us, and for each other. Friday at 6pm
