Time to schlepp BACK!

Saturday, September 22nd
meet us at 1pm at St. Hugh
(1st Ave entrance)

Figure it'll take us an hour and a half to two hours to load up our stuff, bring it back to the shul, and pack it all away - safe and sound - for next year.

Time to raise the Sukkah!

Sunday, September 23rd meet us at the synagogue at 9am
(just in time for Hebrew School drop off! Hint, hint...) and we'll put up our Sukkah. Figure it'll take 2 hours (?)
(or whatever time you can spare!)

Hebrew School and PACKS will be meeting Sunday at their usual times. It's not too late to register - call the office (631)367-4589 or stop by to see Dalia for details.

Sukkot Service and DinnerSukkot is known as "the season of our joy." After the hard work of repentance on Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur, we celebrate in the sukkah.

Join us as the holiday begins, with food, song and reflection. As we eat in our sukkah, we'll enact the ritual of ushpizin, inviting our holy ancestors to join us.

Please come with a story of a "holy ancestor" (your own, or someone who inspires you) to share! Learn more about this ancient practice made new here.

Sunday, September 23 at 6 pm

RSVP to Rabbi Lina at rabbi_AT_kehillathshalomsynagogue.org
